Elvis foi "simplesmente", um interprete e entertainer (o maior que já existiu na minha opinião). Ele não era, nem nunca propôs ser compositor. Portanto,são muito poucas as canções a que lhe são atribuídos creditados.



Aqui está uma lista de canções em que Elvis  é creditado como co-compositor:

Na verdade,  a maioria destas canções não foram co-escritas por Elvis, mas o seu nome estava ligado a elas por razões de publicidade e direitos de autor. As únicas que possivelmente podem ter tido uma "mãozinha"  na composição  foram "Is someone you never forget" (escrita por Red West) e "You'll Be Gone" (escrito por Red West e Charlie Hodge). Mas, mesmo assim é incerto..




Além destas, houve também várias canções de gospel tradicional e cânticos religiosos que Elvis adapto e fez novos arranjados em estúdio para suas próprias gravações.  Estes são.........
